Lorraine has been an integral part of the Belmore Dental team for over 19 years and plays a key role in driving the clinic’s continued growth, innovation, and patient experience.
Beginning her career as a dental nurse, Lorraine quickly progressed to lead the nursing team before moving into her current role as Practice Manager. Her hands-on clinical background, combined with her leadership experience, gives her a unique understanding of both patient care and business operations.
Lorraine qualified with the National Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2009 and has since completed further advanced training in sedation nursing (2011), dental radiography (2012), dental impressions, and cannulation for sedation patients. Expanding her expertise into aesthetics, she also holds a Level 4 certification in Laser and IPL and completed her City & Guilds Beauty Therapy qualification in 2018.
Her commitment and excellence have been recognised at the highest level, winning Best Dental Care Professional in Northern Ireland (2011) and going on to achieve the overall UK award at the Dentistry Awards in Leicester. She later received Best Practice Manager at the Irish Dental Awards (2014).
Lorraine completed an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management and continues to lead from the front, overseeing team development, patient experience, and the strategic growth of both the dental and facial aesthetics sides of the business.
Passionate about communication and personal development, Lorraine is an active member of Toastmasters International and is continually developing her skills as a speaker and leader.
Known for her warm, approachable nature and high standards, Lorraine is dedicated to ensuring every patient journey at Belmore is seamless, professional, and exceptional.
