Iris has been an integral part of the Belmore Dental team since 2007, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for excellent patient care. As our Head Receptionist, Iris plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a very busy reception, all while maintaining a cheerful, caring, and friendly attitude that helps create a welcoming atmosphere for both patients and staff.
Iris thrives on interacting with patients and is particularly skilled at putting even the most nervous visitors at ease. Her ability to build trust and rapport with patients ensures they feel comfortable and confident in the care they are receiving from the moment they step into the practice.
In addition to her extensive experience, Iris holds a Level 3 qualification in Health Care and is a qualified first aider, providing an extra layer of safety and expertise within the practice.
Iris enjoys the responsibility that comes with her role and takes great pride in delegating tasks effectively to her colleagues. She’s particularly skilled at helping her team thrive and grow, providing them with opportunities to learn new aspects of their role and build their confidence along the way.
Outside of work Iris enjoys road trips with her family in her Campervan.
